Brad Jones Racing will mark a rare Ten-year association in the fierce world of V8 Supercar with the continued sponsorship from BOC this year.
To mark the milestone Team BOC have unveiled a updated livery to celebrate on the #8 Commodore.
The BOC’s partnership with BJR began back in 2003 with Andrew Jones behind the wheel in the Development Series car. He went onto win that series the following year.
There was however a new high point for the partnership last year with Jason Bright taking dominant race wins in the main game. It is something both are looking to build on for the 2012 V8 Supercar season.
BOC General Manager Mr Bruce Currie expressed how proud the group was to enter it's 10th year in the partnership “BOC is both proud and excited to be entering its 10th year supporting Team BOC in the V8 supercars.
“This significant milestone is testament to the strong relationship the team has built over the years with our employees and our customers. We really hope that 2012 can be a fabulous year for all involved.”
For driver Jason Bright the focus is on delivering more wins in 2012 to build on the strong 2011 campaign “Last year was pretty special for me to be able to deliver BOC their first couple of wins after their long standing support. They can rest assured that in 2012 I am aiming even higher than just a couple of wins and I look forward to working with them along the way.”
Fans’ first opportunity to see the 2012 BOC livery in the flesh will be at the official test day at Sandown on February 11.
